This morning it was brought to our attention that a widespread Windows failure has brought down the computer systems of the emergency services, banks, airports and more.

Windows machines are reportedly failing to boot, following a flawed update pushed out by the cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike.

With this article and update, we want to make it clear to our customers that Mapiq is not impacted by the CrowdStrike update. Mapiq uses different security providers.
