Date: July 10, 2026
Maintenance Window: 12.00PM - 5.00PM CEST
Status: Planned
The SAML certificate used for SAML SSO connections expires on 14 July 2026. Mapiq will renew it on all customer environments with SAML SSO configured. This is a required maintenance step to keep SSO continuity for those environments.
Subscription and Building administrators of impacted customers have already received a banner in admin.mapiq.com. If you're an admin and didn't receive one, your environment is not affected.
Customer actions
Using our SAML metadata URL? No action needed. Your setup will pick up the new certificate automatically. A short rollover period is expected during the maintenance window.
Manually imported the metadata? You'll need to update your configuration as soon as the rollover happens.
Not sure which applies to you? Check with your Active Directory administrator, most setups use the metadata URL, but it's worth confirming.
When and what to expect
Maintenance window: 10 July, 12:00–17:00 CEST
During rollover: users signing in via SSO may briefly hit issues if the old certificate is still expected. This resolves automatically once your IdP picks up the new certificate.
No impact: users with an active Mapiq session who don't need to sign in again via SSO.
