Having access to data directly is an increasingly common requirement in the modern workplace. With Mapiq Data Connections Mapiq offers a solution that allows organizations to access live data directly and stream a ready-to-use format to their preferred in-house data tool for analytical purposes.
The Data Connections solution
As stated in the introduction, through the Data Connections solution, Mapiq allows you to leverage live data used in Mapiq, as input in their in-house data tooling. Effectively this means that Mapiq, through a secure method, gives access to their data tables, allowing you to use the data in whatever way you see fit.
Connect through the admin portal to make use of the live data and remove the necessity of tediously exporting and importing CSV-files in your in-house data tool.
Note: Data connections is a paid add-on. If you don't have access to Data Connections and you're interested in it, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager!
What is included?
Access to Mapiq's data tables, giving access to resources like workspace bookings, desk- and meeting room occupancy or building information.
Intuitive Data connection setup through the admin portal.
Secure endpoint and access key creation that can be leveraged in your in-house data tool.
Version management to ensure reports don't suddenly break when updates are pushed through in the data tables.
