We have seen a big impact on our services and because of that we scaled up. We now see that the app is functional but still slow. The team is monitoring the services still and will take action when needed.

This morning when starting up we noticed that the Mapiq App and Admin portal (app.mapiq.com and admin.mapiq.com respectively) are facing problems. After signing in, users face a spinner indicating that the app is loading. Unfortunately, the app and the service do not become available and the user keeps seeing the spinner.

We are currently investigating the cause of the issue, and will keep you posted with updates through this article.
