Our services were upscaled to resulting in the app becoming functional again. The app seems to be working properly, we're currently monitoring our services.

This morning when starting up we noticed that the Mapiq App and Admin portal (app.mapiq.com and admin.mapiq.com respectively) are facing problems. After signing in, users face a spinner indicating that the app is loading. Unfortunately, the app and the service do not become available and the user keeps seeing the spinner.
We are currently investigating the cause of the issue, and will keep you posted with updates through this article.
