Yes, it is possible to book an entire area or meeting room for a whole day for your team. But there could be some limitations in place to be aware off.

One options is to create a group booking (learn how to create a group booking here). When creating a group booking you can choose an area to your liking or even select specific desks per invitee. Note though that location profiles can limit the available options, as all your invitees need be able to book in the same workspace.

Furthermore, it is possible that you create a group booking in a workspace for which the capacity of is bigger than your team, it does mean that other colleagues are able to book the remaining workspaces in this area as well.

For meeting rooms, the policies for room booking depend on the work calendar integrations (M365 or Google Calendar). Mapiq adheres to the policies set in these booking tools. If your organization allows you to book a meeting room for a full day in your M365 or Google Calendar, then Mapiq will allow this as well.
