You can't restrict users on booking a specific Meeting Room in Mapiq. This should be done in M365 or the Google Calendar integration as Mapiq adheres to the policies set in these tools.
For example, if a user is unable to book the Executive Boardroom in M365 or Google Calendar, then this also applies to Mapiq. That user will not see the Executive Boardroom as a suggested option. However, it is possible for your employees to see this room in the Meeting Room overview. If an employee manually adds this room to a meeting but is not allowed to make a booking on this Meeting Room, the room declines the invitation.
