Your Workspace Quota Profile dictate how far ahead you can book a workspace. Additionally, it also dictates on which days during the week you can book and the number of workspace bookings you can have during the week. The maximum time you can book in advance is three weeks.

If you can't already book three weeks ahead, and you want to book further ahead, get in contact with your administrators. They are able to change your Workspace Quota Profile.

Meeting room bookings are not determined by your Workspace Quota Profile, but by the policies set in M365 or Google Calendar which Mapiq integrates with.
