To enhance collaboration and make finding your colleagues within the app more accessible, you can upload your profile picture to set up your account.
Uploading Your Profile Picture
Navigate to your profile and click on the initials next to your name. A new window will open.
Click "Select Photo" and choose a photo from your computer or mobile phone. Using our mobile app, you can also select "Take a photo" to capture a new image.
💡 If you upload a photo from your mobile, grant permission to access your photos.After uploading, you can zoom and reposition the photo for the best fit.
Once you're happy with your photo, click "Save photo."
Profile Picture Requirements
There are some guidelines and limitations you need to be aware of when uploading your profile picture:
File size: maximum of 25MB
Format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
Dimensions: Width and height must be between 10 and 10000 pixels
Editing & Deleting Your Profile Picture
If you want to edit or change your profile picture:
Go to your profile and select "Upload a photo."
To delete your photo, click "Delete photo."
By deleting your photo, your initials will be displayed instead of your profile picture, and your colleagues will no longer see your image.
