Accessing an Overview of Bookings
Navigate to the Bookings tab to view all bookings created for a particular day. Within the Bookings tab, quickly filter results by booking types such as workspaces or parking spots. Utilize filters, sorting options, and user search to find the specific information you need. As a Booking Assistant, you can also delete bookings. Keep in mind that users won't be notified automatically when their booking is deleted, so it's essential to inform them about the change.
Reviewing Administrator Details
To see an overview of all administrators and their roles, head to the 'Settings' tab and find the administrator section. If you come across tasks for which you don't have permissions, consult with your Subscription Administrator for assistance.
