Available Filters
Customization is key; the available filters empower you to tailor the report precisely to your organizational needs.
Here are the various filters you can use to tailor the report to your needs:
Filter | Selection Type | Description |
Building | Multi-select | Filter by specific or multiple buildings for more focused insights. |
Floor | Multi-select | Filter Data by floor level. If a building is selected, the filter will apply to that floor. |
Meeting Room | Multi-select | Filter by specific meeting rooms within your buildings. |
Hours | Multi-select | Define the period you're interested in, such as excluding nighttime. |
Week Length | Single-select | Compare data from a week (seven days) or a workweek (five days). Note that this filter doesn't apply to all graphs. |
Period | Single-select | Determine the period for data evaluation, ranging from the beginning of the year to as far back as 2021. |
Key Numbers
Understanding these key numbers provides a quick and insightful overview of your meeting room landscape, helping you confidently make data-driven decisions. These key numbers offer a snapshot of your workspace dynamics, from the total number of bookable meeting rooms to the average percentage of rooms booked.
Key Number | Description |
Total number of bookable meeting rooms | Represents the total capacity of bookable meeting rooms through the room calendar. |
Total number of bookings | The distinct count of all the bookings across the selected period. |
The average percentage of meeting rooms booked | It is calculated by dividing the sum of average meeting room bookings per hour by the total hours in the selected time range and other filters. |
Peak percentage of meeting rooms booked | The highest percentage of bookings made within the selected time range and filters. |

Daily meeting room availability based on location (New)
Unpacking the data per location serves a crucial purpose, which is identifying patterns in room bookings. By understanding which specific rooms are frequently booked, you can gain quick and valuable insights into potential bottlenecks. This knowledge can facilitate smarter resource allocation, ensuring that high-demand rooms are optimized for maximum utilization.
We suggest you take full advantage of this report and look over the different types of bookable meeting rooms to identify those booked frequently or unused to the fullest. The graphs display meeting room availability for selected hours per building(s), floor(s), and specific meeting room(s).
Daily meeting room availability based on type (New)
The analysis of meeting rooms does not end with location-specific or booking-specific data but is also available based on capacity (number of available seats), intended activities, and equipment available. This report sheds light on the popularity of specific room types, guiding you in making informed decisions about room setups and configurations. It's a strategic tool for creating an environment tailored to your team's needs.
Booked meeting rooms over time (New)
Considering selected filters, the Occupancy Over Time graph displays the percentage of meeting room booked on specific dates. This graph also shows the current week and historical weeks (based on the "Period" filter) when the meeting rooms were booked. The Week Length filter determines the week length.
