After monitoring the problem for the full workday, and having no further reporting's of sign in issues related to Azure Active Directory B2C service, we resolve and close the problem of the sign in issue.

The problem seems to be resolved. Reports have been coming in that sign in is successful again, and an official statement from Azure reported that around 4.30AM on May 6th the problem was resolved on their end as well.
We continue to monitor the situation.

Currently, the problem seems to only affect the European region, therefore it might not impact everybody using Mapiq.
The current symptoms you might experience is being presented with the log in screen, but upon logging in an indefinite spinner is seen.

Currently, Mapiq is experiencing problems with signing in to app.mapiq.com and admin.mapiq.com. The underlying cause is due to the Azure Active Directory B2C service that is used for sign in.
Starting at 13:40 UTC on 05 May 2024, Azure reported an issue with their Azure Active Directory B2C service which leads to failures when trying to sign-up or sign-in to Mapiq in the European region. Azure in the meantime has identified the root cause of this issue and is working on a fix.
Unfortunately this means your employees who have tried to access Mapiq today might have experienced issues. We are tracking the status and will provide updates once we know more
