A fix has been implemented and the service seems stable again. We're currently monitoring the service to ensure everything remains active.
The main cause seemed to be a caching issue, causing a heavy load on our databases. This in turn made the app very slow, resulting in timeouts in which users were redirected to the sign in page again.

The Mapiq team is thoroughly investigating the issue, but the quick actions taken unfortunately did not fully resolve the issue and seem to have only very short temporary effects.
It has the full attention of our team to ensure our services are up and running again as soon as possible.

Mapiq is experiencing problems with starting up the Mapiq app. The problem is present for both app.mapiq.com and admin.mapiq.com. Users trying to access our services are experiencing a spinner resulting in being redirect to the login page again, forcing an endless loop.
The Mapiq team is investigating the issue and is actively mitigating the issue.
