Compare your workspace data against benchmarks to gain valuable insights and identify areas for improvement

While filters can help you extract more specific information from reports, benchmarking offers a quicker, in-context method. By selecting data directly from a graph, benchmarking highlights the desired information and compares its performance to other elements. The statistics around the chosen benchmark will update accordingly.

Benchmarking Examples

In a standard Parking Bookings report, clicking on a specific parking zone in the graph will cause the entire report to focus and adjust to that particular parking zone.

Key numbers will change and display data related only to the selected parking zone in the graph.

Other graphs will behave similarly. The data will appear as usual before clicking on a specific parking zone in the first graph.

By selecting a parking zone, all other graphs will benchmark around the chosen parking zone.

Benchmarking Tips

Keep these tips in mind when using benchmarking:

  • If you first benchmark and then apply filters, the system might still remember the benchmark, leading to blank numbers and graphs. If this happens, click the white space of the previously benchmarked graph to remove the measure. We would also like to point out that removing filters before proceeding is advised, ensuring no active filtering or benchmarking is turned on.

  • The displayed measure is the total benchmark over your filters, including the topic you are benchmarking.
