I can't see my office?

You find yourself in a situation where you are using Mapiq but are unable to see your office. Their are multiple possible causes. Find the different options below and the action you can take to resolve this.

I can't see my office when trying to book a workspace?

When you can't see the office you want to book a workspace the following items could play a role in why that is:

  • Your location profile does not allow you to book a workspace in this particular office.

  • The office is not (yet) created.

In both scenarios contact your administrators to check your location profile and/or if the office actually exists within your environment.

I can't see my office in Here & Now?

When your office is not visible in Here & Now then check the following:

  • The Here & Now page, by default, will show your preferred office that is set under your booking preferences. You can switch between buildings by clicking the arrow next to the office name in the left top corner. Or you can change your preferred office in your booking preferences.

  • Your location profile prohibits you from viewing this specific office. Please contact your administrator to resolve this.

  • It could be no map is available for this specific office. Please contact your administrator to double-check.

I can't see my office on the Admin portal?

If you can't see the building in the admin portal, it means the building does not exist (anymore). This could mean that your office has been removed or it was never created at all.
