There are two ways to book on behalf of someone:
For group bookings, you do not actually book the desk/workspace on behalf of somebody, you invite your colleague to join you. This means that your colleague has to accept this group invitation. Group booking invitations are valid for 3 days, without response invitee will not have a booked desk/workspace.
Additionally, you do not have to be a connection to invite your colleague to a group booking, but you can only invite people in your own organization that have signed in to Mapiq at least once.
For booking on behalf as an admin, you are able to overrule Workspace Location- and Quota Profiles. This means that admins can book a workspace for someone else on any given area or location in the office.
Note: As an admin you do not have the permission to book on behalf of someone if an area is fully booked.
