The building utilization report offers a comprehensive overview of how your office building is being utilized by your colleagues. You get an overview of how busy your office is during the day, during which hours and you can even see how busy each floor is in comparison to the targets that are set.

The Wi-Fi Data settings tab will show people and or devices that have been connected to a Wi-Fi network in your office building on the selected day. To access this tab go to the settings icon (gears) in the top right corner of the screen and this tab will pop-up. The different colors in the columns all represent a different Wi-Fi network, this can range up to the regular Wi-Fi network up to a guest network for example. The dotted line represents the capacity of your office building.

This graph shows how many people or devices are connected to a Wi-Fi network in the office per hour. The amount of people will likely increase during the day and will get a dip around lunch break.

The attendance duration gives a good indication on how long on average an office visit is. It is also possible to deselect certain brackets, for example you want to leave out the data from very short visits (0-2 hours) or long visits (20+ hours). This data can come from people that walk by but get connected with the Wi-Fi or for longer visits it could only count printers for example.

This graph will show the data of how your building is being utilized on every day of the week for a certain amount of time. This data will give a better understanding what days are the most busy or in what months you can expect more people going to the office.

The second graph goes even further, you can also see the data of your office building per hour. You can expect busy hours during the start of the morning and less busy at the end of the afternoon but this differs per office building.

The previous tab showed what the most busy days and hours are for your office but it is also possible to look at the data from a different angle. In this tab the data is shown on floor level. Combining the utilization of your office building per floor and peak hours can give a good estimation on how and when the office building is used the most. This powerful feature will show data to make the most out of your office building.
