Your connections in Mapiq help you stay coordinated with colleagues and see who's working from the office. But sometimes you might need to remove a connection, maybe priorities have shifted or you simply want to adjust your list. When you delete a connection, they will no longer see your booking details, and you won't see theirs.
This guide shows you how to quickly remove a connection from your list.
Deleting your connection
Go to the
ConnecttabNavigate to the
Connected colleaguessection and locate the connection you want to delete.Click on the trash can icon.

Behind the scenes
When you delete a connection, the removal happens immediately. Your former connection will no longer see your bookings on the booking flow, workspace views, or any other areas where connections are visible. Similarly, you will no longer see their booking information.
Connections need to be mutually accepted to work, so deleting a connection removes this mutual visibility. If you want to reconnect later, you'll need to send a new connection request that they must accept again.
