Setting your Working hours

Want to make scheduling meetings effortless? By setting your working hours in Mapiq, you help our smart meeting scheduler find the perfect time for everyone. When you sync your calendar with Mapiq, you unlock this feature that considers everyone's availability and working hours to suggest the best meeting slots.

It's a simple setup that makes a big difference for your team's hybrid meetings.

Setting your Working hours

  1. Sign in to Mapiq.

  2. Navigate to Your Profile (click on profile picture or initials in the top right corner).

  3. Scroll until you find the Preferences section and click on Working hours.

  4. You can set three options

    1. Time zone

    2. Work day starts

    3. Work day ends

  5. Set all three settings according to your preferences and press Save .

Behind the scenes

  • When you setup the initial synchronization with your calendar, the time zone of your working hours is set to your Default building.

  • You can overrule this by editing your Default building through your Booking preferences or by setting a specific time zone in your Working hours.
