As hybrid work and flexible schedules become more common, keeping track of when you were in the office and when you weren't can be challenging. Mapiq's booking history feature enables employees to export their past workdays, helping them manage reimbursements or monitor their work-from-home allowances.
You can find your booking history in your user profile, which includes information on your office days, work-from-home days, and days off. This data is compiled in an easily exportable CSV file.
โ ๏ธ The booking history feature is available to all Mapiq users but can only be accessed through the web version (app.mapiq.com).
How to export your Booking History?
To export your booking history, follow these steps:
Log in to the Web App (app.mapiq.com) or open the Mobile App.
Navigate to Your Profile > Download booking history.
A CSV file containing your historical bookings will be generated.

When you download your booking history, the generated CSV file will include the following columns of data:
Column | Description |
Start Date | The start date of the booking |
End Date | The end date of the booking |
Workday Status | The workday status set for that specific day (not working, office day, or working remotely) |
Building Name | The building where you spent your workday |
Floor Name | The floor where your workspace was booked (if applicable) |
Area Name | The area where your workspace was booked (if applicable) |
Desk Name | The desk you booked (if applicable) |
Parking Lot Name | The parking lot where you made a parking booking |
Parking Zone Name | The parking zone where you made a parking booking |
โ ๏ธ Note that while all columns will be present, depending on the available data in your environment, not all may be populated with values.
Data retention
The data retention period depends on the settings configured by your environment's administrators. By default, the retention period is set to 30 days, after which data is anonymized.
