Mapiq Analytics offers a powerful tool to gather insights about your buildings' usage by combining historical and future data based on your employees' use of Mapiq. Visualized through Purpose Driven Analytics, the reports are divided into two main categories: Workplace Optimization and Employee Behavior.

Workplace Optimization

The Workplace Optimization report provides insights into your workplace usage, addressing all booking types and occupancy data for meeting rooms and desks. This report is split into six more minor reports for a more comprehensive analysis.

Overview

The Overview tab offers a snapshot of all your facility types, allowing you to identify areas that require attention, such as high desk usage or low meeting room occupancy.

Workspace Bookings

The Workspace Bookings tab delves into your employees' booking behavior, enabling you to optimize your workplace to meet their needs better.

Check-ins

The Check-ins report shows whether employees come to the office by comparing booking intentions with actual check-ins. You can learn about check-in possibilities in our Manual Check-in or Automatic Check-in articles.

Note: This report is only visible if check-in is enabled for your environment.

Desk Occupancy

The Desk Occupancy report focuses on desk occupancy, measured by desk sensors integrated with Mapiq. These sensors detect desk availability and occupancy at various times, providing data on frequently occupied desks.

Note: Desk occupancy is based only on desks with an associated sensor. This page will only be available with an active sensor integration in your subscription.

Meeting Room Occupancy

The Meeting Room Occupancy report helps you understand your meeting rooms' occupancy based on sensors that can detect and share occupancy data (e.g., people count).

Parking Bookings

The Parking Bookings report provides data on booking behavior, favorite parking lots, and zones based on Mapiq's parking lot setup and booking functionality.

Note: Parking is an add-on and not enabled by default. This report will not be visible if the parking add-on is enabled and configured.

Employee Behavior

The Employee Behavior Report offers insights into the number of users in your environment, active users, connections, and how employees interact with a hybrid work environment and one another.
