The Records table gives you a lot of data to work with, and the filter and view options are what let you shape that into exactly the view you need. Whether you're narrowing down to a single floor, hiding cancelled bookings, or building a view you'll want to share with a colleague, these options put you in control of what the table shows. Combine them and you can go from every record in the office to exactly the ones you're looking for in seconds.

Behind the scenes
Pagination affects load times — the more data you retrieve, the longer the waiting times.
Filters stack on top of the date range — the date range pulls all bookings across all buildings. Each filter and view option narrows that dataset.
Booking on behalf — ****is done on the
Peopletab.Exports reflect active filters — when an export is created, it includes all data with the chosen filter and view options applied.
Search doesn't support spaces — use an email address to find a specific user. Searching by full name won't work due to the space in between.
Maximum date range is 60 days — selecting a wider range is not supported.
