To effectively manage the flow of people within your building and limit the options available to your employees, quota and location profiles come in handy. These profiles enable you to match groups or individuals with designated days, buildings, floors, or areas and manage how often they can visit the office. Combining both types of profiles gives you complete control over your building's capacity.

Within the admin portal, administrators have access to four distinct types of profiles:

This profile manages the number of people coming to the office, allowing you to set the following:

This profile restricts the locations where users can book a workspace or workplace. By enabling or disabling locations at the building, floor, or area level, users will only see the relevant locations. This ensures that workspaces and workplaces are limited to those who need access.

Like the Workspace Quota Profile, the Parking Quota Profile determines how often users can book a parking spot. The week quota is linked to the Workspace Quota Profile, as parking spots can only be booked when a workday is reserved. The booking window is also linked to the Workspace Quota Profile.

This profile limits the parking lots for users to book a parking spot. When users have a workday or workspace booking, the available parking lots are already restricted to those associated with the building. The Parking Location Profile can further limit users' choices by blocking parking zones within a parking lot.
