Office days booking report

Updated this week

To get a better understanding on how your colleagues are spending their time in the office the Office day bookings section can be utilized. It makes a distinction of when it is most busy in the office and where it is most busy if you have more than one office. The main graphs in this section will show different statistics between colleagues who book a workspace and only a workday. This will show how many colleagues go to the office to work behind a desk of colleagues who only come to the office to meet up with others.

Office days over time

This graph will show the difference in your colleagues who created a workspace booking versus the users who only created a workday booking. On the right hand side it is possible to change the view to only see the data on a specific building or on in a different timespan. Colleagues with a workspace booking are in the blue column and colleagues with office day only are in the pink column. This data allows you to see if a lot of people are unable to book a workspace or if you have a surplus of workspaces because people don't need to book one when they come to the office.

Office days per day of the week

This graph shows the same data as the previous one but visualizes it differently. In the first graph the data is shown in absolute numbers. It shows the exact amount of colleagues that booked a workday in Mapiq on a specific day. On this graph the data is visualized in percentages.

The graph is divided in to five columns, each representing a day in the week. It will show the percentage of colleagues who have a reservation with workspace booking and a reservation with office day only. The averages for each day are shown.

Office days per location

The final graph of this section is the office days per location graph. This graph shows the distribution of planned office days with or without workspace booking. This graph is very useful if you have more than one office building in your portfolio.
