The Bookings tab gives admins a live, personal view of every workspace, workday, and parking reservation across all offices. Showing exactly who is coming in, on which day, and in which area. Unlike Insights, which aggregates and anonymizes data for trend analysis, the Bookings tab shows full user-level detail in real time. Use the wide range of filters to drill down by office, floor, area, or booking type, or search directly for a specific colleague. From there, you can delete individual or bulk bookings to keep your data accurate, or export the current view as a .csv for reporting and auditing. Whether you're checking today's capacity or cleaning up a no-show, the Bookings tab puts the right data at your fingertips.
Workspace and Workday Bookings
The Bookings tab is your data source when it comes to seeing which colleagues visited the office on a specific day, how many colleagues and how many parking reservations were made. The Bookings tab is an excellent feature to track attendance on a certain office over time. It can even go as far as to see how many colleagues are working in a certain area.
When the bookings overview is opened, it will always show all the workday and workspace reservations created for this day across all offices in your Mapiq environment. It is possible to select a larger date range and only select one or more offices to show.
Filter options
The Bookings tab has a wide range of filter and view options to change the way you are looking at the Booking data. It is possible to filter per office, per floor or even per area. The filter and view options are described in more detail in this dedicated support article.
Search and show
The search bar allows you to search for a specific entry in the booking data, for example to check if that colleague checked in on a specific day. The search bar allows you to search by name or email address only. All the hits that you get contain the input that you have put in the search bar.
The Show button allows you to add several more columns to the booking data. By default these columns are turned off but they can be very useful in the right scenario’s. The Account and Booked by columns are turned off and the Desk, Checked-in and Booking columns are turned on but can be turned off.
Booking data export
It is also possible to create an export of the data from the Bookings tab. An export will be generated of the current view, taking all the set filters and date range in consideration.
Parking Bookings
If your subscription allows you to configure a Parking Lot, there will be another page within the Bookings tab to show all the active parking reservations, called Parking spots. The same settings and filters apply to the Parking bookings as the workspace reservations. Except here you are able to filter per parking lot and parking zone instead of filtering per office.
Behind the scenes
Data retention determines your date range — by default set to 30 days, but configurable per subscription between 7 and 600 days.
Retroactive deletion is not possible — bookings that have already taken place cannot be deleted after the fact.
Search doesn't support spaces — searching by full name won't work. Searching on First- or Last name is supported, but seraching email address gives you the best results.
The page doesn't update in real time — refresh the page to see newly created bookings.
Exports reflect your active filters — set your filters before exporting to avoid unexpectedly large or incomplete files.
The
Showbutton reveals hidden columns —AccountandBooked byare off by default but useful for deeper analysis.
