Inviting other colleagues to a Group Booking is a great way to ensure you and the people you work close with are able to sit together during the workday. However when workspaces are very scarce, you don’t want your colleagues to be able to invite too many people for a group booking otherwise max capacity will be reached quickly. By setting up a booking policy you can reduce the amount of colleagues you can invite to a group booking.
Setting up a Booking Policy
Go to the admin portal https://www.admin.mapiq.com
Go to the
Settingssection of the Admin portal.You should now already be on the
Generalsection of theSettingspage, if not check the panel on the left hand side of the screen.Click on
Editin the top right corner of the first content block.Here you can adjust the amount of colleagues you can invite for a group booking by using the slider or the input field. The default value is 30 (which is also the maximum value), however you can use the slider or the input field to lower the amount of colleagues you can invite for a group booking (minimum of 1).
Behind the scenes
The default value of the maximum invitees per group booking is thirty, which is also the highest value possible.
The lowest value for this setting is 1, 0 is not a viable option.
