When the Bookings tab is opened all the workspace and workday bookings for this day will be shown across all offices. However by setting filters and other view options, you are able to really deep dive in the booking data the way you want. There are certain filters such as Offices and Checked-in for example to filter out certain offices and to see who checked in on that day. These filters allow you to decide what to show in the data set.

Behind the scenes
Pagination affects load times — the more data you retrieve, the longer the waiting times.
Filters stack on top of the date range — the date range pulls all bookings across all buildings. Each filter and view option narrows that dataset.
Booking on behalf — is done on the
Peopletab.Exports reflect active filters — when an export is created, it includes all data with the chosen filter and view options applied.
Search doesn't support spaces — use an email address to find a specific user. Searching by full name won't work due to the space in between.
The
Showbutton adds hidden columns —AccountandBooked byare off by default but can be useful for deeper analysis.Maximum date range is 60 days — selecting a wider range is not supported.
