Configuring desk availability metric

Every building performs differently, so what counts as "busy" for one office might be "quiet" for another. On the Metrics page under InsightsSettings, you define the thresholds that determine when desk availability, room availability, and building utilization are shown as low, sufficient, or high (or quiet, vibrant, and busy) for your building. Once you save these targets, every report and dashboard for that location reflects your own standards, so the data you see actually matches how your workplace is meant to perform.

Configuring desk availability metric

  1. Open the Insights page in the navigation bar.

  2. Click on Metrics in the side navigation.

  3. Click on the pencil icon on the right hand side to adjust the Desk availability metrics for the office respective office.

  4. Use the sliders to set targets for High desk availability, Sufficient desk availability and Low desk availability. These metrics will change the way your deep dive articles are presented.
