Mapiq allows you to enhance your office experience by linking external services, like lunch sign-ups, locker reservations, or gym classes, directly to your Workday booking. These are known as Office day services
and are accessible through the Plan
section of the Mapiq app.
Adding a Service booking
Log in to the Mapiq app and open the Mapiq app on your mobile device or desktop browser.
Navigate to the Plan page. You’ll land on the Week overview, where you can see your upcoming bookings.
Select your desired day. Tap or click on the day you want to add a service to.
Create a Workday booking (if not already done). If you haven’t booked a Workday yet, do so now. If multiple Workday bookings exist for that day, select the one you want to attach the service to.

. Choose from the availableOffice day services
configured for your location.Complete the external booking after being redirected to the linked external system (e.g., catering, locker system, etc.) to finalize your booking.

Office day services are configured by your workplace admin in the https://admin.mapiq.com under
Settings
>Services
.Each service is linked to a resource (URL, Microsoft Form, or email) and categorized to appear in the right place in the app.
Smart placeholders can be used to pre-fill user or location data in the external system.
