Reservations over time

The Reservations over time page on the Insights tab gives a very good description on how much your office(s) are being utilized in terms of desk booking. You will be able to see how your office if performing in relation to the targets set for offices being on target, shortage and oversupply in desk booking. This page shows a wide variety of graphs telling a detailed story about your office and the desk booking behaviors of your colleagues.

Overall performance

The overall performance graph shows in percentages if the desk booking in your office is on target, if there is a shortage or an oversupply. In the top of the page you can select the office you want to see and over what period you want the data to be displayed. This gives a good understanding on how your office(s) are performing in the selected period. By selecting a longer period you can see how your office performs over a longer time.

Overall percentage booked

These graphs will display the percentage of desks that were occupied at the same time. There are three data points, the average amount of desks booked in the office, the average peak and also the highest peak measured on a specific day.

Desk booking availability per weekday

On the overall performance graph the data is showed per specific date. This graph will show the data of a specific day in the selected timeframe. For example all data about desk booking on Mondays, Tuesdays, etc. This graph will give a quick overview on how you are doing on specific days rather than on a specific date.

Average utilization throughout the day

Graphs on this page show you the utilization of desk booking on day level and date level but this graph takes it a level deeper. With the release of timeslots it is now possible to see the desk utilization per hour. Maybe your office is very busy in the morning and more quiet in the afternoon. This graph gives a good overview on the most busy hours in your office.

X Hours

Time more than (target percentage) of workspaces were booked. This shows the amount of hours desk booking has exceeded the set targets.
